About Typing Speed RPG

Typing Speed RPG is a browser-based typing practice project that turns keyboard drills into an RPG-style progression loop. It publishes the game, practice tools, tests, and educational guides available on this site.

What we build

The project combines familiar typing measurements—speed, accuracy, consistency, weak-key patterns, number entry, and endurance—with battles, quests, equipment, and visible progress. The aim is not to replace focused practice with decoration. The game layer gives each practice session a clear next action and makes repeated drills easier to return to.

Visitors can use timed typing tests, accuracy and number exercises, targeted practice routes, and the RPG campaign without creating a public profile. Typing statistics and game progress are primarily saved in browser local storage. The Privacy Policy explains analytics, advertising, contact submissions, and device storage in more detail.

Who writes the guides

“Typing Speed RPG Editorial Team” is the organization byline used for articles on this site. It identifies Typing Speed RPG as the responsible publisher; it is not a fictional person and does not imply that one named specialist wrote every page. We do not publish invented staff profiles, credentials, or experience.

Guides are developed from the behavior of the product, established typing formulas, practical exercise design, and relevant published sources. When an article relies on external research or a specialized definition, the goal is to link the reader to the underlying source and distinguish sourced findings from our own training suggestions. Read the full Editorial Policy for our standards on research, internal benchmarks, automation, updates, and corrections.

What readers should expect

We try to make every page useful before asking the reader to start a test or game. Instructions should explain what a metric measures, how an exercise works, and what to do with the result. Numerical targets presented as product rules or coaching heuristics are labeled as such; they should not be mistaken for a universal clinical, academic, or hiring standard.

Typing Speed RPG offers practice information, not medical, occupational, legal, or individualized educational advice. Performance varies with language, keyboard, text difficulty, test length, fatigue, accessibility needs, and many other conditions. A single score is a snapshot, so progress is better judged across comparable sessions than from one personal best.

Accountability and contact

Typing Speed RPG is accountable for the pages published under its name. If you find a factual error, broken source, unclear disclosure, accessibility problem, or game behavior that contradicts a guide, please send the page URL and a description through the contact form. Marking the subject as “Correction” helps route editorial reports.
